First 24 Hours
If it has been less than 24 hours AND you have not yet had your consultation with a Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church (Pleasant Grove MB Church) official officer, you may request a refund of an entire donation. Donation transactions are made within minutes of your order and may not be refunded under any circumstance. Once the 24 hours have lapsed OR you have had your consultation with an official officer, and a refund is ruled "denied", none of the initial donation is refundable.
Post-Consultation Consideration
If the 24 hours have elasped or you have already had your consultation, and you still wish to submit your request for a full or partial refund, please contact us immediately. There are occasions where a refund does make sense, and we are willing to negotiate a fair arrangement if all processes have been followed. Not all such requests will result in a refund, but we are open to considering your request. Again, we want to always serve you with integrity and good faith.
Canceling Your Account
Canceling your account with us is quick and easy. all cancellations must be done through a Cancellation Form, accessible from within your control Panel in the Account Management Settings. Please allow for one business day after submitting your request for processing of your cancellation. You will be notified by email when your cancellation is finalized.
Billing Disputes
For any questions regarding charges made to your credit card or bank account, please contact us immediately. We are happy to help you with any questions you may have and even happier to correct any billing errors on our part. If you have an account with GiveCloud, you have access to all past and recurring changes made through your account from within your website Control Panel. This information is provided to you 24/7 online.
